The accident involving AKM-5 Triumph RA-0536A single-built private aircraft occurred at Pervushino landing site (Republic of Bashkortostan) on July 2, 2016. According to the avaliable information, the pilot and a passenger on board escaped unharmed, the aircraft was damaged.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving АКМ-5 RA-0536А single-built private aircraft occurred in the Republic of Bashkortostan on July 2, 2016.

It was not possible to determine the cause of the accident involving АКМ-5 RA-0536А aircraft as the aircraft had been evacuated from the accident site by the aircraft owner prior to the investigation team arrival and subsequently was not presented to the investigation team.
