     According to the information received the accident with An-2 RA-31403 aircraft operated by "Annushka" Airlines occurred near Chernolesskoye locality, Stavropol Territory (RF) on May 15, 2013. The pilot was killed, the aircraft was destroyed.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team started its work.

     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with An-2 RA-31403 aircraft owned by "Annushka" Airlines Ltd occurred in the Stavropol Territory (RF) on May 15, 2013.
     Fatal accident with An-2 RA-31403 aircraft occured during crop-dusting flight due to late aircraft entry into climb for flying over PTL resulted in aircraft collission with power transmission line tower on a field under cultivation followed by ground impact and fire.
     Probably late aircraft entry into climb was caused by PIC performance impairment (final crop dusting in final flight was performed after which PIC had to rest during 1,5 hours and short recreation cycle was disordered during flight operation), and also low-observability of PTL wires without day marking.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
