On July 16, 2021, in Bakchar District, Tomsk Region (RF) the non-fatal accident involving An-28 RA-28728 aircraft owned by SiLa, Ltd occurred. It is reported that there were 2 crew members, 2 technicians and 15 passengers on board. The aircraft was significantly damaged.
