According to the information received on 11.12.2017 from the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) East-Siberian Interregional Territorial Department, in the area of the Bratsk water storage reservoir of the Irkutsk region (RF) the accident with AS-350 RA-07277 private helicopter occurred on 07.12.2017. According to the available information, the search helicopter detected the helicopter main rotor parts and oil spots. The PIC and a passenger were not discovered.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has appointed the Investigation team in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.
