The non-fatal accident involving Korvet-J RA-1783G private water aircraft occurred in the Kabansky Region, Buryat Republic (RF) on September 12, 2015.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.
The Interstate Aviation Committtee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident helicopter private Corvet-J RA-1783G single-built amphibious design occurred in the Buryat Republic (RF) on September 12, 2015.
Most probably, the accident involving Corvet-J RA-1783G single-built amphibious design was caused by its stall entry during sharp altitude maneuvering and turn to the sun that resulted in loss of flight data monitoring by PIC.
Most probably, that PIC in condition of alcohol intoxication overestimated his piloting skills during maneuvering which he wasn't ready to perform.
The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
