     On February 1, 2013 flight recorders of CRJ-200 UP-CJ006 aircraft involved in the fatal accident near Almaty Airport on January 29, 2013 were delivered to the Interstate Aviation Committee
      Received flight recorders sustained mechanical damage caused by aircraft ground impact.
The Interstate Aviation Committee experts proceeded to flight recorders data recovery and readout.

     Interstate Aviation Committee experts carried out activities on flight recorders recovery and readout of CRJ-200 UP-CJ006 aircraft involved in the fatal accident near Almaty (RF) on January 29, 2013. There is information about the emergency flight. All flight recorders data have been downloaded and transfered to the Investigation team in accordance with the ICAO Annex 13 for further processing and analysis.

     The intermediate results based on analysis of the information recieved as the result of the actual data collection from the accident site, FDR and CVR data decoding, held emergency aviation equipment layout and mathematical sumulation, prepared reports of subcommissions and independent groups were announced during the extended meeting of the Investigation team of the fatal accident with CRJ-200 rotorcraft in the vicinity of Alamty airport.
     Aircraft engines and all accessories complete operability prior to the ground impact was established, the fact of sufficient amount of fuel on board to perform flight assignment en route Kokshetau-Almaty and alternate aerodrome flight maneuver, as well as the fact of no icing and other environmental factors effect was proved based on the Investigation team materials data.
     At the same time currently the activities on the cause identification of the aircraft movement during go-around maneuver are in progress.
     High level of of the accident investigation complexity is explained by the need of the circumstances identification due to which the crew didn't complete all actions necessary to performe go-around maneuver.
     Taking these circumstances into account the large volume of additional research including complex forensic and medical examination in order to identify location of each crew member at their seats in aircraft cockpit, as well as their performance at the final flight stage was held.
     As the deputy of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) Alexey Morozov reported "Genetic examination, voices identification, evaluation of the crew coordination procedure, psychological aspects check, the analysis of the same accidents and incidents, etc. was held for that purpose. Each detail is important for us. We can make any conclusions only in case of having sufficient evidential basis. Currently the Investigation team has been analysing the results of CVR data evaluation recieved in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russian Federation and the IAC scientific and research laboratories in order to have the single document on the basis of which the conclusions will be made".
     During the meeting the Investigation team Chairman Azat Bekturov delegated to correct the plan of the investigation final stage taking the avaliable materials and data into account, complete all remained analytical review and hold quadripartite meeting with the participance of the IAC, Canada and the USA accident and incident bureau in order to discuss the emerged issues and conclusions, as well as early completion of the Final report draft.     
      In accordance with the Annex 13 to the Convention on the ICAO International Civil Aviation the Final report draft should be sent to the state of aircraft designer (Canada) and the state of engines manufacturer (USA) for consideretion.
      Extended meeting of the Investigation team of the accident was held in the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) on January 27, 2014.

     The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee informs that the investigation of the fatal accident with CRJ-200 UP-CJ006 aircraft occurred in Almaty airport area (RF) on January 29, 2013 has been completed.
