On 02.02.2026, near Dzhanatalap settlement, Orsk District, Orenburg Region (RF), the accident involving the DA 40 NG RA-02673 aircraft operated by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation" occurred.
According to the available information, the pilot instructor and two trainee pilots were killed, the aircraft was seriously damaged. The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed an Investigation team. The Investigation team has started its work.
