Embraer (Legacy 500) RA-02788 27.11.2017

According to the information provided by the Accident Investigation Bureau of France (BEA), the accident with EMBRARER (Legacy 500) aircraft had occurred in Le Bourget Airport (France) on 27.11.2017. The aircraft sustained substantial damage, but people on board were not hurt. 

In accordance with provisions of the ICAO Annex 13, Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation, the investigation is conducted by the BEA.

The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) has appointed the Accredited Representative to participate in the investigation. 

The IAC draws everybody's attention to the fact that in accordance with ICAO Annex 13 Standards, all investigative information will be released by the BEA (France), as the state conducting the investigation.
