According to the information provided by the Accident Investigation Bureau of France (BEA), the accident involving EMBRARER (Legacy 500) aircraft occurred at Le Bourget Airport (France) on November 27, 2017. The aircraft sustained substantial damage, but people on board escaped unharmed.
In accordance with provisions of ICAO Annex 13, Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation, the investigation is conducted by BEA.
The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) has appointed the Accredited Representative to participate in the investigation.
The IAC draws everybody's attention to the fact that in accordance with Standards of ICAO Annex 13, all information on the investigation will be provided by BEA (France), as the state conducting the investigation.
