      The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with Eurocopter AS-350B3 RA-04097 helicopter operated by "UTair" Airlines occurred in the area of Lensk Airport on July 4, 2012.
      The accident involving AS-350B3 RA-04097 helicopter was caused by not holding minimum en-route altitude (MEA) by PIC resulted in helicopter collission with trees.
      Contributing factors were:
      - performing flight at the lowest altitude above hilly terrain towards the sun;
      - PIC's insufficient training;
      - insufficient monitoring of PIC's trainig from senior staff of aircraft division.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
