     The accident involving EV-97 Evector Harmony RA-1725G aircraft owned by Aerotec, LLC occurred near Razdolye village, Kolchuginsky District, Vladimir Region (RF) on November 3, 2014. According to the avaliable information, the pilot on board was killed, a passsenger was injured.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving Harmony EV-97 RA-1725G single-built aircraft owned by Aviation Training Center "United Federation of ultralight aviation" occurred in the Vladimir Region (RF) on November 3, 2014.
     The accident involving EV-97 RA-1725G single-built aircraft was caused by its stall during touch-and-go landing.
         The contributing factor was non-retraction of flaps into take-off position.
         The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
