     The accident with F-32U (Bekas) (FVSP) RA-0480A private aircraft occurred near Oktyabrskoye village, Neverkinsky district, Penza region (RF) on June 26, 2016. According to the available information the pilot on board was killed, the aircraft was destroyed.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has assigned the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with F-32U «Аgro» RA-0480А single-built private aircraft (lessee "Agro-Trans" Ltd) occurred on June 26, 2016 in the Penza Region.

The accident with F-32U "Agro" (FVSP) RA-0480A aircraft occurred in the daytime in visual conditions due to collision with high-voltage PTL wires.

Most probably the accident was caused by combination of the following factors:

· flight operation by PIC in condition of alcohol intoxication (3,2 ‰);

· lack of PIC training for operation with reference to study of nature of the terrain and obstacles in flight area;

· insufficient surveillance in flight;

· lack of power transmission line marking.

The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
