The accident involving F-32U (Bekas) RA-0480A single-built private aircraft occurred near Oktyabrskoye village, Neverkinsky District, Penza Region (RF) on June 26, 2016. According to the avaliable information the pilot on board was killed, the aircraft was destroyed.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.
The Interstate Aviarion Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving F-32U Аgro RA-0480А single-built private aircraft (lessee Agro-Trans, Ltd) occurred on June 26, 2016 in the Penza Region (RF).
The accident involving F-32U Agro RA-0480Asingle-built aircraft occurred during daytime in visual conditions caused by collision with high-voltage PTL wires.
Most probably, the accident was caused by combination of the following factors:
· flight operation by PIC in condition of alcohol intoxication (3,2 ‰);
· lack of PIC training for operation with reference to study of nature of the terrain and obstacles in flight area;
· insufficient surveillance of airspace;
· lack of markings on the overhead power line.
The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
