Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with IL-103C RA-1467G private FVSP aircraft occurred in the Altai Territory (RF) on 12.08.2016.

The fatal accident with IL-103C RA-1467G private FVSP aircraft most probably was caused by the loss of the flight speed resulted in stalling and collision with ground in course of turnout for the emergency landing immediately after the takeoff.

Most probably PIC's decision to perform the emergency landing was forced by the engine malfunction.

Most probably, the engine malfunction was caused by:

• leaning of the fuel-air mixture resulted from a "vapor lock" origination in the engine fuel system due to the engine continuous running at the parking place and during the ground maneuvering at the engine power configuration;

• using the automobile gasoline AI-92 with fuel dope MTBE which do not meet the aviation fluel requirements recommended by the aircraft flight and maintenance manuals;

• performing the activities on fuel-air mixture control by persons without the authorization for this type of maimtenance works.

Appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
