The accident with "Ivolga" RA-0354A single-built private aircraft occurred near Volzhsky town, Volgograd Region (RF) on May 31, 2015. According to the available information the pilot on board didn't suffer, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has assigned the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation.

      The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee completed the investigation of the accident with "Ivolga" RA-0354A single-built private aircraft occurred in the Volgograd Region (RF) on May 31, 2015.
      The most probable accident cause with "Ivolga" (FVSP) RA-0354A aircraft was its stall entry during maneuvering flight at the low altitude. Due to the altitude deficiency for stall recovery the ground impact occurred.
      The accident became possible due to the pilot's errors in piloting technique and failure to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
