The accident involving Ivolga RA-0354A single-built private aircraft occurred near Volzhsky town, Volgograd Region (RF) on May 31, 2015. According to the available information, the pilot on board escaped unharmed, the aircraft was damaged.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team completed the investigation of the accident involving Ivolga RA-0354A single-built private aircraft occurred in the Volgograd Region (RF) on May 31, 2015.
Most probably, the accident involving Ivolga RA-0354A single-built aircraft was caused by its stall entry during maneuvering flight at the low altitude. Ground impact was caused by the altitude deficiency for stall recovery.
      The accident was caused by errors in piloting technique and pilot's failure to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
