     Flight recorders (FDR and CVR) and the Garmin GPSmap 296 satellite navigation receiver of Ka-32RA RF32839 helicopter of Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and Rectification of the Consequences of Natural Disasters involved in the fatal acident in the area of Mineralny Vody Airport on November 11, 2014 were delivered to the Interstate Aviation Committee on November 13, 2014.
     In accordance with the Agreement on cooperation and exchange of information between the Interstate Aviation Committee and Ministry of Emergency Situations the IAC experts carried out activities on examination, dismounting, data recovery and copying.
      Recieved components have signs of high temperature exposure. Carried out recovery activities allowed to read the data out of flight data recorder and satellite navigation receiver. It wasn't possible to read the data out of cockpit voice recorder due to the recorder (magnetic tape) burnout.
      All FDR and satallite navigation receiver recordered data was copied and transfered to the Investigation team for the further analysis.
