The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving Kodiak-100 N642RM aircraft owned by Apelsin-T, Ltd  occurred near Pskov Airport (RF) on July 6, 2015.

The accident involving Kodiak-100 N642RM aircraft occurred during forced landing to the forest. According to the crew the need to perform forced landing was caused by the engine power loss in flight.

Carried out examinations of aircraft engine, propeller and fuel flow system didn't identify anything that could cause the power plant output drop.

Due to the lack of the FDIS SD memory card of the central display, which stores all recorded flight parameters of the power plant, information about the performance of the engines and the actions of the crew was lost.

Appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
