     The accident involving Krechet (Mi-2) RA-1434G single-built private helicopter occurred in Tevriz village, Omsk Region (RF) on February 5, 2014. According to the available information, the pilot on board escaped unharmed, the rotorcraft was burnt down.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving Krechet RA-1434G single-built private helicopter occurred in the Omsk Region (RF) on February 5, 2014.
     The accident involving Krechet RA-1434G single-built helicopter was caused by hovering with violation of specified distance limitations up to obstacles (not less than 10m) that resulted in collission of anti-torque propeller blades with uninhabited building followed by ground impact and fire.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
