     According to the information received the accident with L-200 Morava RA-0364G aircraft operated by "Aviation complex Ruza" occurred near Izhma locality, Komi Republic (RF) on July 27, 2013. According to the preliminary information the state of a pilot and a passenger on board was satisfactory, the aircraft was burnt down.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team started its work.

      The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with "L-200D" RA-0364G single-built private aircraft occurred in the Komi Republic (RF) on July 27, 2013
      The accident with "L-200D" RA-0364G single-built aircraft was caused by the left engine failure in the air operated beyond the time between overhauls and most probably the pilot error consisting in feathering of both engines propellers (left propeller is featherred in accordance with FOM, right propeller of operating engine was feathered by mistake that resulted in the need of emergency landing on the forest and sibstantial aircraft damage.
      Contributing factor to the accident was insufficient PIC's training for actions in current situation under the lack of necessary  proficiency and flight practice at the type of aircraft. Commercial Pilot Lisence was issued to PIC without a reasonable basis. The Investigation team didn't get a confirmation of pilot's flight transition training for "L-200D" aircraft.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
