On September 12, 2021, at UTC (22:47 local time), near Kazachinsk landing site (Irkutsk Region, Leninsky District, Russia) the accident involving L‑410 UVP-E20 RA-67042 aircraft operated by Aeroservice, Ltd occurred. It is reported that 2 crew members and 14 passengers were on board - 1 crew member and 3 passengers were killed, the aircraft was destroyed.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed an Investigation team. The Investigation team has started its work.
