The accident involving L-42 RA-0786G single-built private amphibian occurred near Medvezhye Lake, Irkutsk Region (RF) on July 23, 2017.
According to the available information the pilot and three passengers on board were injured, the aircraft sustained a substantial damage.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.
