   The accident with M-12 RA 2402G "Kasatik" single-built private aircraft occurred near Vostochny locality, Belorechensky region, Krasnodar territory (RF) on September 4, 2015. According to the available information the pilot and 2 passengers on board were injured, the aircraft was destroyed.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has assigned the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

      The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with M-12 "Kasatik" RA-2402G single-built private aircraft occurred in the Krasnodar Territory (RF) on September 4, 2015.
      Most probably the accident with М-12 «Kasatik» (FVSP) RA-2402G private aircraft was caused by the piloting technique failure resulted in uncoordinated turn followed by applying more left bank angle than it is specified by FOM and rate of descent up to 14 m/s that resulted in aircraft descent up to the trees height. Collision with trees caused the aircraft design destruction.
      Taking into account that back control wasn't removed it is impossible to exclude unintentional passengers input.
