Information has been received, that Mi-171E Reg. No AP-BIL helicopter crashed on 15.08.2025 in Kyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. According the information available, five people onboard were killed, the rotorcraft was destroyed.
Bureau of Aircraft Safety Investigation – Pakistan (State of Registry and State of Occurrence) will conduct the investigation. In accordance with the ICAO Annex 13, the Interstate Aviation Committee has appointed an accredited representative and his advisers for the investigation.
The IAC would like to draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with Annex 13 Standards, the authority that conducts the investigation (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) the has to provide the information related to the investigation.
