On June 29, 2022, 31 km to the south-east of Chagda settlement, in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), RF, the accident involving Mi-8МTV-1 RA-25116 helicopter owned by Polar Airlines, JSC occurred. It is reported that 3 crew members and 20 passengers were on board, there are injured people.
