The accident with "Ptenec-2" RT 912 RA-0300A private aircraft occurred at Orlovka landing site,Tver Region (RF) on June 2, 2015. According to the available information the pilot and a passenger were injured, the aircraft sustained substantial damage of the primary elements.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has assigned the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with Ptenets-2 RA-0300A FVSP private aircraft occurred in the Tver region (RF) on June 2, 2015.

The accident with Ptenets-2 RA-0300A aircraft was caused by destruction front wing spar of the aircraft left wing plane under the effect of one-time off-design loading (overload) during the last aircraft operation.

It was not possible to determine the overload cause according to the condition of left front wing spar fragment examination.

The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
