The accident involving R-66 RA-06382 helicopter occurred near Gorodki village, Tyulgansky District, Orenburg Region (RF). According to the available information, the pilot on board wasn't injured.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving R-66 RA-06382 helicopter owned by Ferma Lugovaua, LLC occurred in the Orenburg Region (RF) on April 4, 2015.
      The most probable cause of the accident involving R-66 RA-06382 helicoper was right skid fall into snow during the rejected take-off that resulted in the helicopter sliding (rearward and to the right) from airfield with packed snow to the loose snow. Following anti-torque and main rotor blades impacts with snow resulted in destruction of the construction.

      Landing pads type "Bearpaws" at the landing gears could probably prevent the helicopter falling.

      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
