The accident with R-44 RA-04237 private helicopter occurred in the river Moscow offshore (Myakinino beach, Zhivopisnaya bay, Moscow region, RF) on August 22, 2015. According to the available information the pilot and 3 passengers on board didn't suffer, the rotorcraft sank at depth of 3 m.
The interstate Aviation Committee has assigned the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

   During the accident with R-44 RA-04237 private helicopter happened in the Moscow river offshore (Myakinino beach, Zhivopisnaya bay) of the Moscow region on August 22, 2015 taking into account the aircraft frame damages type the event was reclassified into the serious incident.
     The serious incident investigation is carried out by the Federal Air Transport Agency.
