On 10.10.2018, at 03:21 local time (09.10.2018, at 18:21 UTC) at Yakutsk airport (RF) non-fatal accident with RRJ-95B RA-89011 aircraft owned by Air company "Yakutia", JSC occurred. According to the available information 5 crew members and 87 passengers were on board. 4 people sought medical assistance. The aircraft sustained damage.

In accordance with standards of Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and provisions of Russian Aviation Legislation (Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation Regulations in Russian Federation) the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) has appointed the Investigation team. The Investigation team has started its work.

The investigation of the accident involving RRJ-95 (model RRJ-95B) RA-89011 aircraft owned by Yakutia Airlines JSC has been completed. The investigation of the accident was conducted in compliance with Annex 13, "Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation", to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and with the Russian legislation regulations.

The Final Report on the accident investigation results was signed unanimously by all members of the Investigation team which included the IAC experts, as well as the FATA and Irkut Corporation PJSC specialists, with no comments nor dissenting opinions expressed.

Complying with sanitary and epidemiological restrictions established both on the federal level and on the level of Moscow, where the IAC headquaters is located, the Investigator-in-Charge conducted a videoconference meeting with the managerial staff of the Yakutsk (Sakha) Interregional Territorial Department of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Yakutsk Airport JSC and Yakutia Airlines JSC.
