      The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with S-2 RA-0001G single-built private aircraft occurred in the Voronezh region (RF) on August 16, 2012.
      Most probably the fatal accident with S-2 RA-0001G single-built aircraft was caused by PIC's erroneous actions when performing turn followed by insufficient air speed monitoring and wind conditions neglecting when performing left-hand turn resulted in exceeding the stalling angles, aircraft stall and ground impact.
      Lack of PIC's airmanship and flight logbook didn't allow commission to determine PIC's flight proficiency level in flight operations at this type of aircraft. PIC wasn't authorized to perform operations as medical certificate and pilot license were expired.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
