The accident with C-2 "Sintal" RA 1224G single-built aircraft owned by "Agrobaltsbyt" regional state unitary enterprise occurred near Telmanovo town, Kaliningrad region (RF) on March 26, 2014. According to the avaliable information the pilot and a passenger on board were killed, the aircraft was destroyed.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team proceeded to the accident site.

     The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with S-2 "Sintal" RA-1224G aircraft owned by "AGROBALTSBYT" regional state unitary enterprise occurred in Kaliningrad Region (RF) on March 26, 2014.
      Most probably the accident with S-2 "Sintal" RA-1224G aircraft was caused by the pilot's error performing "roll" meneuver (aircraft FOM prohibits to perform advanced aerobatics like "roll") that resulted in flight level control loop and ground impact.
      Ethanol in pilot's body could contribute to the accident.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
