25 november 2024

On November 24, 2024 the non-fatal accident occurred to the Azimuth Airline, JSC RRJ-95LR-100 RA-89085 aircraft at Antalya airport (the Republic of Turkey). Reportedly, 6 crewmembers and 89 passengers on board the aircraft have been evacuated. The aircraft sustained damage.

The investigation of the air accident is being conducted by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Transport Safety Investigation Center (UEIM). Compliant to Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the Russian Federation air legislation Interstate Aviation Committee has appointed the Accredited Representative and advisers to participate in the investigation.

Interstate Aviation Committee points out that according to the Annex 13 Standards the official information on the progress of the investigation and its results is provided by the competent authority of the State, conducting the investigation (UEIM, the Republic of Turkey).
