The accident with SKS-1-01 RA-0594G single-built private aircraft occurred at the 7th km to the South-West from Gavrilov-Yam, Yaroslavl Region (RF) on June 13, 2015. According to the available information 2 crew members on board were killed.

Fatal accident with SKS-1-01 (FVSP) RA-0594G private aircraft was caused by its breakup midair.
The accident (aircraft breakup midair) was caused by wing spar buckling due to its insufficient integrity.
Insufficient reserve factor was caused by aircraft design failures (calculation for wing spar buckling wasn't performed or was performed unsatisfactory) which were identified during FVSP certification.
The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
