     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed investigation of the accident with SM-2000P RA-0491G single-built private aircraft occurred in the Kaluga region (RF) on April 6, 2012.
      Most probably the crash with SM-2000P RA-0491G single-built aircraft was caused by PIC's wrong actions in emergency landing resulted in aircraft stall and followed by ground impact.
      The emergency landing was caused by engine shut down most probably due to fuel depletion.
      Contributing factors were:
      • insufficient flight practice, low proficiency and insufficient PIC's professional training;
      • lack of PIC's monitoring for fuel use.
      Appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
