The accident with SP-01 (KP) RA-0093A aircraft owned by "Pasikov G.V." IE occurred near Romanovskaya landing site, Rostov region (RF) on August 19, 2016.

According to the available information the PIC and a pilot on board were injured, the aircraft was destroyed and burnt down.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has assigned the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with SP-01(KP) RA-0093A (FVSP) private aircraft occurred in the Rostov region (RF) on August 19, 2016.

The accident with SP-01(KP) RA-0093A (FVSP) aircraft was caused by its stall when maneuvering at the extremely low height.

The accident was possible due combination of the following factors:

- maneuvering at the impermissible low height;

- loss of flight speed monitoring by PIC.

Appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
