     The accident with SP-30M RA-1442G single-built micro aircraft owned by "AK "Agrolet" LLC occurred in the Saratov region (RF) on June 20, 2014. According to the available information the pilot on board was killed.
     The Interstate Aviation Commitee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team started its work.

     The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with SP-30М RA-1442G single-built  helicopter owned by "Agrolet" Arlines" LLC occurred on June 20, 2014.
     The accident with "SP-30М» (FVSP) RA-1442G helicopter was caused by violation of specified safe obstacle clearance altitude performing crop dusting that resulted in aircraft collision with PTL wires and ground impact.
      Contributing factors most probably were:
      • before the first flight to a field under cultivation the PIC didn't identify obstacles and reference points location that was violation of "Training and flight operation in civil aviation of the Russian Federation" of Federal Aviation Requirements Chapter VII approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation order № 128 from 31 July 2009, clause 7.3;
      • violation of work-rest schedule of civil aviatation aircraft crew memebers by PIC (reduction of preflight rest period before crop dusting);
      • lack of PTL towers and wires markings in the area of crop-dusting.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
