The accident involving Yak-18 RA-44334 private aircraft occurred near Krutchik village, Lipetsk Region (RF) on September 6, 2014. According to the available information, the pilot and 3 passengers on board were killed.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordnce with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team has started its work.

The Interstate Aviaiton Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving Yak-18Т RA-44334 private aircraft occurred in the Lipetsk Region (RF) on September 6, 2014.
     The most probable cause of the fatal accident involving Yak-18T RA-44334 aircraft was its stall during dynamic maneuvers at nap-of-the earth operation.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on investigation results were developed.
